Request a return

You want to return an item? No problem.

Simply send Kadoo an email to hello@kadoo-bali.com with the following information:

• Order number (e.g. #1234)
• Item you wish to return
• Reason for return

📦 Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
💌 You will receive a return label and all further information from us by email.

Please note: Only unworn, unwashed and undamaged items in their original condition can be returned.

Costs for returns

Austria & Germany:
Kadoo provides a free return shipping label.
An amount of EUR 4.95 will be deducted from the refund amount for the return shipment. This amount covers part of the return shipping and processing costs.

Other EU countries:
Kadoo provides a free return shipping label.
An amount of EUR 9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount for the return shipment. This amount covers part of the return shipping and processing costs.

Exchange

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. However, you can simply return the ordered item and place a new order.
