What materials are used for the swimwear?

The swimwear is made from ECONYL® regenerated nylon – a high-quality fiber derived from recycled nylon waste, including discarded carpets, industrial plastics, and old fishing nets. The material is composed of 78% ECONYL® regenerated nylon and 22% elastane, offering durability, stretch, and a smooth, comfortable feel.

What materials are used for the activewear?

The activewear is made from REPREVE® – a high-performance fiber made from discarded bottles, old fishing nets, and recycled materials. The material is composed of 77% REPREVE® nylon and 23% elastane and offers a cotton-like soft texture, excellent moisture wicking, and a contoured fit.

Where is the clothing made?

The swimwear and activewear is ethically produced in Bali, Indonesia. Kadoo works with trusted production partners who ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and high-quality craftsmanship.

How do I care for my swimwear?

To keep your swimwear in top condition:

Gently hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
Dry away from light – avoid direct sunlight and tumble dryers.
No bleach, no aggressive detergents or fabric softeners

How do I care for my activewear?

To keep your activewear in top shape:

Wash by hand
Machine washing is not recommended. Detergent should not be applied directly to the garment.
Dry ironing methods are not recommended. Steam irons should be used with caution, as they can damage the material and shorten its lifespan.

What size should I choose for activewear?

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If something has changed or there is an error in your order, Kadoo will be happy to help you as long as the package has not yet been shipped.

In this case, please contact Kadoo as soon as possible using the contact form to request a change or cancellation of your order.

If your order has already been prepared for shipping, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. In this case, you can simply refuse delivery. Once the package has been received by Kadoo, the purchase amount will be refunded.

Does Kadoo offer gift cards?

Yes – Kadoo offers digital gift vouchers for conscious gift-giving. If you're unsure which product is right for you, a gift voucher is a great way to let your loved one choose for themselves. The voucher can be used for any online purchase on www.kadoo-bali.com . After purchase, the voucher will be sent via email as a PDF. You can print it or forward it digitally.

How can I file a complaint?

Kadoo takes complaints seriously and strives to find a fair solution. Please submit your complaint using the contact form. Include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and, if possible, photos. Upon receipt, Kadoo will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an item?

Kadoo doesn't offer direct exchanges. However, you are welcome to return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

To initiate a return, simply submit a request through the returns portal. Once Kadoo receives and processes your return, you will be refunded via the original payment method. You can place a new order at any time.

Important: If you placed your order through a marketplace (e.g. AboutYou, OTTO, Limango or others), returns and exchanges must be processed directly through their customer service.

What payment methods does Kadoo offer?

Kadoo offers the following payment methods:

Apple Pay
Sofortüberweisung (Klarna) – Direct bank transfer
Purchase on account (Klarna) – Buy now, pay later (depending on availability in your country)

How do I use discount codes?

You can enter your discount code during the checkout process. Simply use the "Discount Code" field at the end of your order.
Make sure you enter the code exactly as you received it, including capitalization.

Note: Community offers such as newsletter discounts are only valid for www.kadoo-bali.com and cannot be used for orders on marketplaces. This means they cannot be redeemed for orders through platforms such as AboutYou, OTTO, Limango, or similar.

Where does Kadoo deliver?

Kadoo only delivers within the European Union.

Kadoo delivers to:
– Germany and Austria
– All other EU Member States, including: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Note: Express shipping is not available.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the destination country:

Germany & Austria: 1–3 working days
Other EU countries: 3–7 working days

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link.

My package is missing – what now?

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, Kadoo is happy to help. Please first check whether the package was left with your neighbor or roommate. Often, it is accepted or left nearby.

If the package is still missing, simply submit a support request using the contact form. Kadoo will contact the shipping provider and work with you to find a quick and fair solution. You can also reach us at hello@kadoo-bali.com.

Return & Refund

How do I return an item?

You can return an item to Kadoo within 14 days of receipt. It's important that the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

How to start a return:

Open Kadoo’s returns portal.
Enter your 6-digit order number and the email address you used to place your order.
Select the item you wish to return.
You will then receive a return label via email.
Print the label and attach it clearly to the outside of the package.
Once your return arrives at Kadoo, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be initiated.

Returns are subject to Kadoo’s return policy.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. All legal information regarding your statutory right of withdrawal can be found in our return policy..

How much does a return cost?

For returns from Austria and Germany, a return shipping fee of EUR 4.95 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. For returns from other EU countries, a return shipping fee of EUR 9.95 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

When and how do I get my money back?

Once your return has been received at Kadoo's warehouse and inspected, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. This process typically takes no longer than 14 days after receipt of the return. You will receive an email as soon as the refund has been initiated. If it takes longer, you can always contact Kadoo – they will be happy to assist you.

How long do I have to return an item?

No stress, no time pressure – you have plenty of time to try on the pieces, move around in them, and make sure you really like them. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Only unworn, unwashed and undamaged items in their original condition can be returned.

How is Kadoo's fashion made – and why is it important?

Kadoo's fashion is created in collaboration with select partners in Bali who specialize in ethical and environmentally conscious production. Each collection is manufactured in small batches with meticulous attention to detail – this supports fair working conditions and avoids overproduction. From design to delivery, every step follows the principle of the circular economy: resource-saving materials, conscious quantities, and biodegradable, plastic-free packaging.

Does Kadoo use plastic-free packaging?

All orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes—without any plastic packaging or unnecessary filler. Labels are attached with natural hemp cord. All packaging materials are either compostable or recyclable and can be easily disposed of in your home compost heap or at local collection points.

What makes swimwear sustainable?

What makes activewear sustainable?

The activewear is made from REPREVE® – a high-performance fiber crafted from waste materials such as discarded bottles and recovered fishing nets. These materials are given a second life instead of polluting the environment, promoting a more conscious approach to fashion.

The fabric was developed for mindful movement: It feels soft like cotton, reliably retains its shape and is breathable and flexible – ideal for yoga, Pilates and light workouts.

All fabrics meet the requirements of the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.

How can I initiate a return through a marketplace?

If you purchased an item through a marketplace such as AboutYou, OTTO, Limango or others, the return will also be processed directly through the respective marketplace.

The entire process – from the return label to the refund – is handled by their customer service.

Please follow the return instructions in your order confirmation or in your customer account on the relevant marketplace.
