Summary of the General Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") provide an overview of the services of Kadoo Studios FlexCo ("Kadoo"). Kadoo’s offers are directed exclusively at consumers who are making purchases for private purposes.

1. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order on Kadoo's website, you declare that you are acting solely for private purposes. Your contractual partner is Kadoo Studios FlexCo. The contract is concluded when you click the purchase button and subsequently receive an order confirmation by email. Kadoo reserves the right to reject or cancel orders, especially if they were generated by automated programs or third-party services.

2. Prices, Shipping Costs and Delivery Conditions

All prices stated are final prices and include the applicable statutory value-added tax. Kadoo delivers exclusively within the European Union. For orders within Germany and Austria, a flat shipping fee of EUR 4.95 applies. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 80.00. For deliveries to other EU member states, a shipping fee of EUR 9.95 applies. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 100.00. Express shipping is not available.

3. Payment Methods

Kadoo offers various payment methods, including credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Klarna invoice (subject to availability), Sofort (Klarna), Apple Pay, and PayPal. The payment methods available at the time of your order may vary. You will be informed of the specific options before completing your purchase.

4. Vouchers

Promotional vouchers issued during marketing campaigns or gift vouchers purchased may also be redeemed during the ordering process. The specific conditions of each voucher apply.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by notifying Kadoo (e.g. by email or post) and returning your order to Kadoo.

6. Voluntary Right of Return

Kadoo currently does not offer a voluntary right of return beyond the statutory withdrawal period. Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt — a formal declaration is not required. Timely dispatch of the return within this period is sufficient.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during the original transaction.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. Kadoo is neither obliged nor willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made on the website www.kadoo-bali.com. Kadoo's offers are directed exclusively at consumers who are making purchases for private, non-commercial purposes.

1. Conclusion of Contract and Product Deliveries

1.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting for private purposes only.
1.2 Contracts via www.kadoo-bali.com are concluded exclusively in German or English. Your contractual partner is:

1.3 By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your cart. Kadoo will immediately confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract becomes binding upon receipt of this confirmation.

1.4 Kadoo reserves the right to reject or cancel orders, especially if they are generated by software, automated systems (such as bots, crawlers, spiders, scripted-behaviour tools), or third-party services acting on behalf of a customer.

1.5 Kadoo also reserves the right to exclude customers with unusually high or suspicious return behaviour from further purchases for up to 12 months. This applies especially in cases of repeated excessive or abusive returns that deviate from normal consumer behaviour.

2. Prices and Shipping Costs

2.1 The prices applicable at the time of ordering as stated on the website apply. All stated prices are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT. Until full payment of the purchase price has been received, the goods remain the property of Kadoo.

2.2 Kadoo delivers exclusively within the European Union. For deliveries within Germany and Austria, a flat shipping fee of EUR 4.95 applies. Orders with a value of EUR 80.00 or more are shipped free of charge. For deliveries to all other EU member states, a shipping fee of EUR 9.95 applies. Orders with a value of EUR 100.00 or more are shipped free of charge.

3. Payment

3.1 Kadoo offers the following payment methods:
– Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
– Apple Pay
– Sofort (Klarna)
– Klarna invoice (depending on availability in your country)
– PayPal (including PayPal Express Checkout and credit card payment via PayPal)

Kadoo reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases and to refer to other payment options. Payments are accepted only from accounts within the European Union. Any fees for financial transactions are to be borne by the customer.

3.2 In the case of payment by credit card, the card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

3.3 To pay via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. PayPal may offer additional payment options to selected PayPal customers at its own discretion. Kadoo has no influence over these options; any such agreements are between you and PayPal. More information can be found in your PayPal account.

3.4 To pay via Sofort (Klarna), you must have an online banking-enabled account, authenticate yourself, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after the order is placed. Further details are provided during checkout.

3.5 To pay via Google Pay, you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay activated, authenticate yourself, and confirm the payment. The payment transaction is processed immediately after the order. Further details are provided during checkout.

3.6 When purchasing via Klarna invoice, the invoice amount is due 14 days after shipping and receipt of the invoice. Klarna may offer additional payment options to selected customers. Kadoo has no influence over this; such agreements are between you and Klarna. More information is available in your Klarna account.

3.7 You agree to receive invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic form.

4. Promotional Vouchers and Redemption

4.1 Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but which are issued by Kadoo during marketing campaigns with a limited validity period.

4.2 Promotional vouchers are redeemable only within the specified period and only once per order. Specific items may be excluded. Promotional vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers and may be tied to a minimum order value.

4.3 The order value must at least equal the value of the voucher. Any difference can be paid using the offered payment methods. A cash payout or interest on the voucher value is excluded. The voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part.

4.4 Promotional vouchers must be applied before completing the order. Retroactive application is not possible. Vouchers are non-transferable. Multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined unless otherwise agreed by Kadoo.

4.5 If you used a promotional voucher with your order and the value of your order drops below the voucher threshold due to a return, Kadoo reserves the right to charge you the original price of the retained goods.

5. Gift Vouchers and Redemption

5.1 Gift vouchers from Kadoo constitute non-regulated store credit. A cash refund is excluded.

5.2 Gift vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed at www.kadoo-bali.com.

5.3 Gift vouchers are valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. A refund in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the voucher is excluded.

5.4 Gift vouchers are limited to a maximum value of EUR 200.00 per voucher. Multiple gift vouchers may be redeemed per purchase, up to a total value of EUR 200.00. Any remaining balance will remain on the voucher and can be used for future purchases. The maximum redeemable amount per calendar month is limited to EUR 1,000.00.

5.5 Gift vouchers are generally activated within 24 hours of purchase.

5.6 Gift vouchers must be redeemed before completing the order and cannot be applied retroactively.

5.7 In case of a return or cancellation, the corresponding amount will be credited to the gift voucher balance and can be used for future purchases. If an order was paid using both a gift voucher and another payment method, the refund will be split proportionally between the two.

6. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing items from Kadoo, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions (§ 11 FAGG).

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

You have the right to withdraw from your contract with Kadoo within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods or – in the case of partial deliveries – the final item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Kadoo Studios FlexCo, Ohmanngasse 16/1/11, 1190 Vienna, Austria, hello@kadoo-bali.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the attached withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, Kadoo will reimburse all payments received from you (including delivery charges) without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day Kadoo receives your notice of withdrawal. The same payment method used in the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Kadoo may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods – whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify Kadoo of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling not necessary for checking the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.

Note: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to items such as bikini bottoms that are equipped with a hygiene seal (e.g. protective adhesive strip).

8. Voluntary Return Policy and Exchange

8.1 Kadoo does not offer a voluntary return policy beyond the statutory withdrawal period. Therefore, goods can only be returned within 14 days of receipt. The return deadline is met if the goods are dispatched within this period.

8.2 A return is only accepted if the item has been tried on as it would be in a retail store and is in flawless, unworn condition — complete, undamaged, in its original packaging, and, where applicable, with an intact hygiene seal. If the original packaging is no longer available, you are responsible for providing appropriate packaging for the return shipment.

8.3 Returns must be initiated exclusively via email to hello@kadoo-bali.com with the following information:

Once your return has been registered, you will receive a return label, which must be printed and attached to the package.

8.4 The refund will be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected by Kadoo.

8.5 A direct exchange of items is not offered. In this case, please return the item according to the return policy and place a new order.

8.6 For returns from Germany and Austria, a return fee of EUR 4.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. For returns from other EU member states, a return fee of EUR 9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.

8.7 Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return.

9. Refunds

Any refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method you used during your purchase.
If you paid using PayPal or a credit card, the refund will be made to your PayPal or credit card account.
If your order was paid using a gift voucher, the refunded amount will be credited to your voucher balance.

11. Statutory Warranty and Additional Information

11.1 Statutory warranty rights apply to all items.

11.2 The use of services offered on www.kadoo-bali.com is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

11.3 Each person is entitled to maintain only one customer account at a time.
Kadoo reserves the right to delete duplicate registrations.

11.4 The General Terms and Conditions can be accessed at any time on www.kadoo-bali.com.
They can be saved or printed using your browser’s functions (e.g., “File” > “Save As”).
To open the file, a PDF reader such as the free Adobe Reader (www.adobe.com/at/) or a comparable program is required.

11.5 The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at:

Kadoo is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Important note: The ODR platform will be permanently deactivated on 20 July 2025.
The submission of complaints via the platform will no longer be possible as of 20 March 2025.
