Refund policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (who is not the carrier) has received the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

A clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) declaring the withdrawal from the contract is sufficient. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Kadoo will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day the withdrawal notice was received.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Kadoo may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

Goods must be returned no later than fourteen days after informing us of the withdrawal to the following address:

The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the fourteen-day period expires.
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
