Terms and Conditions KADOO Giveaway Trip to Bali
1. Organizer
The organizer of the prize draw is:
Kadoo Studios FlexCo (hereinafter "Kadoo")

2. Participation Period
The prize draw runs from April 1, 2026 (00:00 AM) to August 31, 2026 (11:59 PM). All orders outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in the European Union.
Excluded from participation are:
• Kadoo employees
• as well as their relatives
4. Participation in the Prize Draw
Participation through Purchase
Participation takes place automatically through an order in the Kadoo online shop under the following conditions:
- Minimum order value: €135 (after deduction of discounts)
- Each qualifying order from €135 corresponds to one (1) entry
- For each qualifying order from €240, a second entry is granted, resulting in two (2) entries
- For each additional newly placed order from €135, one (1) additional entry is granted
Important Note on Returns
If an order is returned in whole or in part, the number of tickets will be recalculated according to the remaining order value.
If the order value falls:
- below €240, any additionally granted entry will be revoked retroactively
- below €135, participation in the giveaway will be completely void and all entries will become invalid retroactively
Additional Participation via Social Media (Bonus Entry)
Participants who have already participated in the giveaway through a purchase have the opportunity to receive an additional entry by completing the following steps:
- Post an Instagram story in their Kadoo outfit
- Tag @kadoobali in the Instagram story
- Follow @kadoobali on Instagram
- Send the email address used for the purchase to Kadoo via Instagram message so that Kadoo can assign the purchase
If all conditions are fulfilled, the participant receives one (1) additional entry. The bonus entry can only be granted in connection with a valid participation through purchase. Kadoo reserves the right to review submissions and to exclude entries in case of misuse or failure to meet the requirements.
Alternative Method of Participation
An alternative participation is possible.
To do so, an email with the subject “KADOO BALI ESCAPE” can be sent to the following address: hello@kadoo.bali.com
The email must include the following information:
• First and last name
• Email address
Only one participation per person is allowed.
5. Prize
The prize includes:
- Flight for 1 person to Bali and back
- 1-week stay at Villa Kadoo in November 2026
- Airport transfer between the airport (Denpasar) and Villa Kadoo
- Accommodation at Villa Kadoo for the winner and one accompanying person (shared use)
The flight is included exclusively for the winner. The accompanying person is responsible for organizing and covering the costs of their own flight as well as any other travel services.
Additional notes:
- The prize includes a stay of 7 consecutive nights at Villa Kadoo in November 2026
- The exact travel period will be individually coordinated with Kadoo
- The winner may freely choose one week within the month of November 2026
- An extension is possible at the winner’s own expense
- Meals, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses, as well as any other services not explicitly stated are not included in the prize and must be borne by the winner. Kadoo assumes no costs or liability for these.
Flight Conditions (Important Restriction)
The flight will be organized and paid for by Kadoo.
- The departure will be from an international airport in Germany, Austria, or a neighboring country
- The selection of the specific departure airport is made by Kadoo taking into account an economically reasonable flight connection
- The flight may include stopovers at international hubs (e.g. Dubai, Istanbul, Doha)
- Kadoo reserves the right to select the airline, flight connection, and route
- The flight will be organized and paid for by Kadoo exclusively in Economy Class
- The outbound and return flights will take place between the selected departure airport and Denpasar (Bali)
- The return flight will depart from Denpasar to the same airport from which the outbound flight originated
- There is no entitlement to an upgrade or to a higher class of travel (e.g. Premium Economy, Business, or First Class)
- If the winner does not live in close proximity to a suitable departure airport, travel to and from the departure airport must be arranged and paid for by the winner
- There is no entitlement to departure from a specific airport

Flights from non-international, small, remote, or disproportionately expensive airports are excluded
6. Winner SELECTION
The winner will be determined after the end of the giveaway by random selection from all valid entries.
The drawing will take place publicly and transparently in a live format (e.g. via Instagram Live).
The winner will also be notified via email using the address provided during participation.
The winner must respond within 72 hours, otherwise a replacement winner may be selected.
7. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable
• Cash payment or exchange is not possible
• The prize can only be redeemed within the specified period
The winner is responsible for:

possessing valid travel documents (in particular a passport)

complying with all entry requirements
-
obtaining any necessary visas
-
taking out appropriate travel insurance
-
ensuring timely completion of all required travel formalities
The winner is obliged to independently inform themselves about the entry requirements and applicable laws of the destination country.
If the winner is unable to undertake the trip for reasons within their own sphere or fails to meet the necessary travel requirements, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.
8. Disclaimer
Kadoo is not liable for:
- flight cancellations, delays, or changes by airlines
- services provided by third parties (in particular airlines, transfer providers, or other service providers)
- force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, political events, terror threats, or acts of war)
- travel restrictions or security risks, particularly as a result of political unrest, terror threats, or military conflicts (e.g. in the Middle East or other regions)
- health-related issues or personal travel impediments of the winner
Kadoo is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
If the trip cannot be carried out in the specified period (November 2026) due to reasons beyond Kadoo’s control (in particular war, political unrest, terror threats, pandemics, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions), the prize will be forfeited without replacement.
There is no entitlement to a replacement date, rescheduling, substitute service, or cash payment.
Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Data Protection
The data collected as part of the giveaway will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway.

10. Exclusion from the Giveaway
Kadoo reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of:
- violations of these terms and conditions
- attempts at manipulation
- incorrect information
11. Notes
This giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram.
12. Modification and Early Termination
Kadoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for important reasons, in particular in the event of technical problems or legal reasons.
13. Applicable Law
Austrian law shall apply.
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
