How your return works

Would you like to return an item? No problem.

Simply send us an email to hello@kadoo-bali.com with the following information:

Order number (e.g. #123456)
Item you want to return
Reason for return

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt .
You will receive a return label and all further information from us by email.

Return costs

Austria & Germany:
Kadoo provides a free return label.
A return fee of EUR 4.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. This amount covers part of the return shipping and processing costs.

Other EU countries:
Kadoo provides a free return label.
A return fee of EUR 9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. This amount covers part of the return shipping and processing costs.

Exchange
Unfortunately, a direct exchange isn't possible. However, you can simply return the item to Kadoo and place a new order.
