Return Policy 

At Kadoo, all purchases are made via our partner marketplaces, such as Otto, AboutYou, and others. As such, the return policies of these marketplaces apply to all orders. Below is an overview of how returns are generally handled: 

 

  1. Returns

Each marketplace manages its own return process and policies. Typically: 

  • Returns are accepted within a specified return window, such as 14 or 30 days after delivery. 
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation) may be required. 

Please check the return policy of the marketplace where you made your purchase for specific terms and conditions. 

 

  1. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return: 

  • Visit the customer service or returns section on the marketplace where your purchase was made (e.g., Otto, AboutYou, etc.). 
  • Follow their return instructions, which may include: 
  • Requesting a return label. 
  • Scheduling a return pickup or dropping the package at an authorized return location. 

Kadoo does not handle returns directly. If you need assistance, please contact the customer service team of the respective marketplace. 

 

  1. Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item: 

  • Immediately contact the marketplace’s support team to report the issue. 
  • Provide details, including photos of the damaged or incorrect item, to help resolve the matter efficiently. 

 

  1. Refunds

Refunds are managed by the marketplace where your purchase was made. Typically: 

  • Once your return is processed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. 
  • Refund times may vary depending on the marketplace’s policy and your payment provider. 

If you have questions or concerns about a refund, please refer to the marketplace’s customer service for clarification. 

 

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges are also handled directly by the marketplace. If you wish to exchange an item: 

  • Return the original item according to the marketplace’s policy. 
  • Place a new order for the replacement item.
